Where does ArtosTravel ship?
We currently ship everywhere in the United States. If you are based outside of the United States, please order directly from our Amazon store here. Message us on instagram (@artoscollections) or send us an email at info@artoscollections.com and let us know which country you would like us to ship to!
How long does it take for you to ship the product?
As we use Amazon prime delivery, it will take at most 2 business days for you to receive your product! If you do not receive your order within 3 days, please check your mailbox and tracking number, then contact us.
How much does shipping cost?
If you are based in the United States, there are no additional fees for shipping.
What is your return policy?
As we ship through Amazon, you may request for a return up to 30 days from your purchase date.
What is your warranty policy?
Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with lifetime guarantee. Should your product fail as a result of a manufacturing defect, we will replace or refund the product without any charges. Only original, unaltered and unmodified materials and workmanship are covered by this policy.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Products are not eligible under this warranty if it is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
This form is for registration of warranty. To place a warranty claim, please fill up the form here and provide details on the nature of your product defect. We may request photos of the defective item, or that the defective item be shipped back to us.

Are your products waterproof?
Water-resistant but not waterproof! All our products are made from either leather, canvas or nylon - which are naturally water-resistant. They do a great job at keeping your belongings dry for most weather conditions (unless you soak them in water of course!)
